Workforce Evolve Verification Workshop

- FreeJoin Business Chamber Queensland’s FREE Workforce Evolve Verification Workshop Series to learn how to attract and retain a wider range of employees in preparation for the future workforce.
The workshop series will be held every Thursday for 1 hour from 12–1 pm, commencing on 7 March 2024 and concluding on 11 April 2024.
The series will cover the following topics:

- Identify your recruitment needs and opportunities with a business plan.
- Workshop 2 – Secure Your Employer Brand
- Define why your business is the right place for top talent.
- Workshop 3 – Design Your Workplace & Workforce
- Introduction to workforce planning and inclusive workplace practices.
- Workshop 4 – Prepare Management
- Tools and resources for leaders and frontline managers to support diverse teams.
- Workshop 5 – Prepare Your Workforce
- Strategies to manage and deliver transformational change.
- Workshop 6 – Support Your Workforce
- Employment law basics and best practice tips on how to use the right size.

About the speaker
Isabella Crombie-Tait – Workforce Coach | Business Chamber Queensland
Isabella understands the practicalities of managing staff due to her experience in generalist Human Resources across multiple industries and HR projects. As a Workforce Coach, Isabella will support employers to understand their obligations within the employment relationship better and assist them in creating positive and sustainable workplace practices. Isabella holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management (Human Resources) and Arts (Ancient History) from the University of Queensland, and a Graduate Certificate in Employment Relations from Griffith University.
