Join the Business Wellness Coaching team from the Small Business Financial Counselling Service (SBFCS) Southern Queensland for a free lunchtime webinar designed to help you pause, reflect and make positive changes that support both your business and your wellbeing.

What will be covered?

This session explores motivation to manage stress, with a focus on how prolonged or chronic stress can undermine your work performance and wellbeing. Motivation to manage stress isn’t just about forcing yourself to ‘try harder’, it’s about learning how your brain naturally works and using that knowledge to your advantage.

Many business owners operate under constant pressure, often accepting high stress as ‘just part of the job.’ But over time, unmanaged stress can reduce your ability to think clearly, make decisions and stay creative, which are all essential for a thriving business.

In this session, Business Wellness Coach Martin McGlone will explain how stress affects us and put forward some simple and effective stress reduction and management strategies to help you boost motivation and regain clarity.
