Delivered by the Sunshine Coast Queensland Manufacturing Hub in partnership with the University of Queensland’s Food & Beverage Accelerator (FaBA), and supported by the Food and Agribusiness Network (FAN), this four-week technical capability program is the final stage of the Food Innovation Partnership Series.

Designed specifically for food and beverage manufacturers, the program provides practical, industry-focused training in the core manufacturing disciplines that underpin product quality, food safety and operational excellence. Participants will develop a deeper understanding of food preservation, process control and validation, before applying these principles to identify improvement opportunities within their own manufacturing operations.

Whether you’re launching new products, improving production processes or strengthening quality systems, this program will equip you with practical knowledge and tools to support innovation, compliance and business growth.

About the Food Innovation Partnership

The Food Innovation Partnership is a collaborative initiative between the Sunshine Coast Queensland Manufacturing Hub and the University of Queensland’s Food and Beverage Accelerator (FaBA).

The partnership provides a structured capability pathway for regional F&B Manufacturers.
