Future Tech Open House is your hands-on, welcoming space to explore emerging technology at your own pace. Each month has a new focus, you can try out AI tools, see automation and robotics up close, ask questions, and chat with experts about what it all means for you, your work, or your business. You’ll walk away with a stronger digital confidence (not just theory – real, practical exposure) and a clearer sense of how AI, automation and robotics are shaping careers, industry and community.
This Month’s Focus: Put AI to Work
This month’s Future Tech Open House is a hands-on practice sandbox – time to get your hands dirty with three of the best AI tools out there: Claude, Gemini Notebook, and Copilot.
Bring your own real tasks, questions, or half-finished ideas and work through it at your own pace, with our team on the floor to help whenever you get stuck.
Whether you want to revisit something from a past workshop, tackle a task you’ve been putting off, or just experiment and see what these tools can actually do for you, this workshop is for you.
What you’ll walk away with:
- Hands-on time with three leading AI tools – Claude, Gemini Notebook, and Copilot
- Real progress on your own tasks
- Help on hand to troubleshoot and problem-solve as you go
- The confidence to keep using these tools after you leave
What to bring:
- A laptop with a web browser
- A real task, question, or project you’d like to work through
- Any log-ins you already use for Claude, Gemini, or Copilot (we can help set you up if you don’t have one)
Who Is This For?
- Anyone who’s been to a previous Open House and wants dedicated time to put it into practice
- Educators, business owners, and professionals with a specific task they’ve been meaning to tackle
- Logan residents and jobseekers wanting hands-on time with AI tools, no pressure to keep up with a group pace
It’s practical, self-paced, and open to all. No experience needed, just bring your questions and something to work on.
