Annual General Meeting & Constitution Support
10 October 2023 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is your once-a-year opportunity to celebrate your organisation’s achievements and share your vision for the next year with members. But for many volunteers, the AGM can be a confusing and daunting event. This free webinar will highlight the most important considerations when planning for and running your AGM. You’ll receive practical, step-by-step guidance for the entire AGM process, from notifying members and calling for nominations for new committee members, to lodging your Annual Return after the meeting.
When did you last check your constitution was up to date, tailored for your club and compliant with Act regulations? Every club is different and therefore each constitution should reflect the individuality of each organisation. All clubs change over time and updating your constitution is an ideal opportunity to ensure that the document reflects your current operations. Additionally, Queensland’s incorporation legislation has recently undergone a comprehensive review. During this free webinar, we’ll discuss the main considerations in reviewing your constitution.
