You’ll also leave better at briefing a designer\, because knowing what you want is half of what you’re paying them for. \nEverything you make is yours! We finish with time set aside to save and export your files\, so you walk out with the work\, not just the memory of it. \n  \nWhat you’ll walk away with: \n\nA refreshed colour palette and font pairing\nHero images and brand visuals you can use straight away\nA homepage layout template and the prompts to keep going on your own\nA better sense of what to look for – and ask for – when briefing a designer\n\n  \nWhat to bring: \n\nA laptop\nYour current website or socials\nA free Claude.ai account\, if you can set one up beforehand – it takes two minutes (claude.ai)\n\n  \nWho Is This For? \n\nBusiness owners ready to give their brand a refresh\nMarketing and comms people looking for a faster\, cheaper way to produce brand visuals\nAnyone who owns a website or a brand at work\nNo design experience needed\, no AI experience needed\n\nIt’s practical\, hands-on\, and open to all. SUMMARY:Build Your Personal AI Toolkit
DESCRIPTION:You don’t need to be a tech expert to make AI work for you. You just need the right starting point\, and that’s where we come in. \nEach month\, we run a focused\, practical\, one-hour online workshop designed to help everyday people get genuinely useful things done with AI. No jargon. No overwhelm. Just real skills you can apply the next day. \n  \n🗓️ This Month’s Topic: Build Your Personal AI Toolkit\nChoose the right AI for the right job. This is the final\, applied session of the series for 2026! \nRather than reteaching every tool we’ve covered – ChatGPT\, Claude\, Copilot\, Gemini\, NotebookLM\, Gamma\, Lovable and Make – this session is about you. You’ll identify your own recurring work tasks and map each one to what you actually need AI to do: think\, create\, analyse or automate\, using the Personal AI Toolkit template as your guide. We’ll also run a brief exercise pulling together everything you’ve built across the series\, and close with what’s coming next from UiLab. \nIn this session: \n\nMap your own recurring tasks to the right AI tool\, using the Think / Create / Analyse / Automate framework\nConsolidate what you’ve built and learned across the series into one toolkit\nHear what’s next from UiLab\n\nWhat you’ll gain:  \n✅ A personal AI toolkit\, built around your own tasks\, not a generic list of tools \n✅ Clarity on which tool to reach for and when \n✅ Practical strategies you can use immediately and keep using \n✅ Clear\, practical guidelines you can follow along with in real time \n  \nThis session is for:  \n\nCorporate professionals preparing reports\, proposals\, or board decks\n\n\nSole traders and small business owners trying to run their business with limited time and staff\n\n\nAnyone: business\, community\, or personal projects — or if you’re simply tech curious!\n \n\nHow it works:  \nFormat: Online session — link sent after registration \nDuration: 1 hour \nPricing: FREE for Logan City residents and businesses. This series is our gift to our local community.\nFor those outside Logan\, a small fee helps us keep these sessions running. \nReady to join us? Hit Register above to grab your spot. Sessions fill up — booking takes 60 seconds! \nIf you’re not sure this is for you\, ask yourself: Is there anything in your work that feels repetitive\, time-consuming\, or just harder than it needs to be?\nThere’s a good chance AI can help and we’ll show you how! \nCome back every month.  \nEvery session stands alone\, so you can dip in and out. But the people who get the most out of this series are the ones who keep showing up\, building skills month by month\, alongside a community of people on the same journey. \nJoin our growing community who are making AI work for their businesses\, not against them. \nQuestions?
