Delivered on behalf of the Queensland Manufacturing Hubs in partnership with the University of Queensland’s Food & Beverage Accelerator (FaBA), and supported by the Food and Agribusiness Network (FAN), this half-day industry experience is the second event in the Food Innovation Partnership Series for food and beverage manufacturers across the Hub region.

About the Food Innovation Partnership
The Food Innovation Partnership is a collaborative initiative between the Sunshine Coast Queensland Manufacturing Hub and the University of Queensland’s Food and Beverage Accelerator (FaBA) on behalf of the Queensland Manufacturing Hubs.
The partnership provides a structured capability pathway for regional manufacturers through a three tied progressive strategy:
Tier 1 – Lunch & Learn (MS Teams – Virtual)
Tier 2 – Industry Tour and Innovation Workshop at FaBA (UQ – St Lucia)
Tier 3 – 4 days over 4 weeks Technical Capability Program covering: Food Preservation Principles, Process Control, Validation & has a Practical Application
