This practical session provides manufacturers with a clear understanding of how apprenticeships operate, the benefits they deliver to both businesses and apprentices, and the support available to help employers confidently recruit, train and retain their future workforce. You’ll gain an overview of the apprenticeship journey—from engaging an apprentice and establishing a training contract through to successful completion—and learn about the organisations that support employers every step of the way.
