Exhibition Space Information
Exhibitors at the Field Day event will be provided with a designated outdoor exhibition space within the main event precinct, offering direct access to attendees, industry professionals, producers, contractors, and community members throughout the event.
Each exhibition site includes:
- Allocated outdoor display area suitable for machinery, equipment, vehicles, demonstrations, or marquee setups
- Access to general vehicle entry for bump-in and bump-out during scheduled times
- Inclusion in the official exhibitor directory and event map
- Opportunity to engage directly with attendees across the duration of the event
- General security presence during event operating hours
Exhibitors are responsible for supplying their own marquees, tables, chairs, power generation and extension leads, signage, and display materials. The Field Day provides an excellent opportunity to showcase products and services, conduct live demonstrations, build relationships with industry stakeholders, and increase brand exposure within the agricultural and regional community.
