DESCRIPTION:The Australian Industry Capability (AIC) Practitioner course aims to foster a broad understanding of AIC requirements across Defence and Defence Industry personnel. DESCRIPTION:Build practical skills in food preservation\, process control and validation to improve product quality\, safety and performance in F&B. \n\n\n\n\nBuild the technical knowledge needed to produce safe\, consistent and commercially successful food products. \nDelivered by the Sunshine Coast Queensland Manufacturing Hub in partnership with the University of Queensland’s Food & Beverage Accelerator (FaBA)\, and supported by the Food and Agribusiness Network (FAN)\, this four-week technical capability program is the final stage of the Food Innovation Partnership Series. \nDesigned specifically for food and beverage manufacturers\, the program provides practical\, industry-focused training in the core manufacturing disciplines that underpin product quality\, food safety and operational excellence.
