SUMMARY:Procurement Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Business opportunities continue to arise for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. As part of its Indigenous Procurement Policy (IPP)\, the Australian Government is committed to awarding a percentage of new domestic contracts to Indigenous suppliers. Since 2015\, the IPP has generated over $6.9 billion in contracting opportunities for Indigenous businesses with over 47\,500 contracts being awarded to more than 3\,000 Indigenous businesses. \nState governments have also developed their own state based Indigenous procurement policies and corporations are continuing to work with Indigenous suppliers in meeting their corporate responsibilities. \nWhile winning government and corporate contracts can help grow your business\, the process of applying for these opportunities can often be complex and daunting for the unprepared. \nIBA runs workshops for Indigenous business owners who would like to know how they best position their businesses for government and corporate procurement. \nAt the end of the session you should be able to: \n\nDefine procurement and understand the procurement cycle\nUnderstand the IPP and the ways in which government agencies can buy goods and services\nIdentify opportunities for positioning your business for procurement\nAssess the tender assessment criteria and understand how to demonstrate your business capabilities to meet requirements\n\n  \n\n

SUMMARY:What if you could double your capacity without doubling your team?
DESCRIPTION:Here’s the truth: Growing a business like yours shouldn’t mean stretching your team to breaking point. But more often than not\, that’s exactly what happens. \nWhen systems are messy (or sitting in someone’s head)\, work slows down. People wait for answers. Projects get stuck. And onboarding someone new? That’s another 100 hours your team doesn’t really have. \nIn fact\, research shows that employees spend over 5 hours a week waiting on coworkers just to do their job. And 66% of project delays are caused by unshared knowledge—12% of those last more than a month. That’s a lot of wasted time and effort. \nThe good news? Solid systems change everything. \nThis free webinar will show you how to double your team’s capacity without hiring more people. You’ll see how better systems multiply the impact of the people you already have. \nWhat You’ll Learn: \n\nHow to spot the friction points in your current systems — so you can fix what’s slowing your team down.\nWhy systemisation increases business value — and how clean\, well-documented ops make it easier to scale\, sell\, or step back.\nA real transformation story — how one team went from scattered and stretched-thin to aligned\, onboarded\, and owning their roles.\nThe smart\, simple integrations that save time — eliminate double-handling with tools like Xero\, CRMs\, and project platforms all working in sync.\nHow to document\, organise\, store and train on your processes to get your team following processes – a live Trainual demo with real examples from teams just like yours.\n\nIf you’re scaling\, hiring\, or simply trying to get your team operating more consistently\, NOW is the time to fix your systems and processes. Doing nothing means more burnout\, more delays\, and more bottlenecks. This session will give you the clarity – and the tools – to fix that.\nNo fluff. Just practical systems that work. Can’t wait to see you there! \nThis webinar is brought to you by Your Business Momentum and Integration Kings.
