In this FREE hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn how to spot everyday tasks that AI could make easier. Instead of jumping straight into the tech, we’ll start with the basics: how to recognise a good opportunity for AI, when it’s actually worth using, and the different ways it can help.

You’ll get the chance to share how you already use AI (if at all!), the tricky parts you run into, and the repetitive tasks you’d love to hand off. As a group, we’ll look at real examples from different jobs and everyday life, then walk through turning one of those ideas into a working AI tool — a Microsoft 365 Declarative Agent.
