Logan’s intersection of wellbeing and lifelong education
Although established in a central location, Meadowbrook is a place that many drive right through without stopping. The façade showcases a major healthcare precinct, educational facilities, industrial areas and a shopping centre. Beyond the hustle and bustle of the centre of town, there are peaceful residential areas, manicured sporting grounds and beautiful riverside parklands for those who are in the know to enjoy. Cherished by locals, everyone is welcome to experience the beauty of Meadowbrook’s backyard. There’s more to Meadowbrook than meets the eye.
The Logan Motorway passes through Meadowbrook, with great connections to the M1 and Gateway Motorways. Meadowbrook is serviced by passenger rail, with the Loganlea Station marked for relocation and upgrade as part of the Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail (Kuraby to Beenleigh) project. The centre is home to Logan Hospital, and private healthcare facilities are being developed and planned in the precinct. Griffith University sits on the north side of the motorway, and TAFE Queensland is located on the south of the motorway, adjacent to the hospital. The centre has 2 main industrial areas.
