Adapt. Recover. Business Continuity Workshop has been developed to help businesses prepare for these challenges through practical\, achievable planning. \nDuring the workshop\, participants will: \n\nIdentify the activities that are critical to business operations\nUnderstand key dependencies\, including staff\, suppliers\, systems and facilities\nRecognise vulnerabilities and single points of failure\nExplore practical options for operating during disruptions\nDevelop simple continuity actions that can be implemented immediately\nConnect with available business resilience support and resources\n\nThis workshop is suitable for small to medium businesses\, sole traders\, community organisations and business operators across all industries.
