As a double above-knee amputee and proud woman of colour\, Sara brings a powerful intersectional lens to her work – challenging outdated narratives around disability\, gender\, and culture. \nShe is the founder of Ethnobility Consultancy\, where she advises businesses and organisations on how to build authentically inclusive workplaces – from recruitment and hiring practices to workplace culture and employee retention. \nAn IDPWD ambassador and recipient of the 2024 QLD Minister’s Multicultural Award\, Sara is a sought-after speaker and board director whose lived expertise informs systemic change.
