Queensland Tourism Awards Finalists Showcase Logan’s Growing Tourism Industry

We are excited to share that three Logan tourism businesses have been named finalists in the 2026 Queensland Tourism Awards:

  • Extraction Artisan Café
  • Beenleigh Artisan Distillery
  • Devon Pixies

The Queensland Tourism Awards, delivered by the Queensland Tourism Industry Council (QTIC), recognise excellence, innovation and outstanding visitor experiences across the state’s tourism industry.

The Tourism Team within Logan Office of Economic Development works closely with QTIC throughout the year to strengthen Logan’s tourism industry, support local operators and showcase the city as a visitor destination. Through industry development initiatives, networking opportunities, mentoring programs and award participation support, the team actively assists businesses to grow their tourism capabilities and market reach.

These finalist nominations reflect the continued growth and maturity of Logan’s visitor economy. The achievement is especially noteworthy given Logan’s recent success at the Queensland Tourism Awards. In 2025, both Devon Pixies and Beenleigh Artisan Distillery were awarded Gold, while Distillery Road Market received Bronze in their respective categories.

To now see Extraction Artisan Café join the finalist ranks in 2026 demonstrates the increasing depth and quality of Logan’s tourism offering and highlights the year-on-year growth occurring within the sector. It is encouraging to see more local businesses embracing tourism opportunities and gaining recognition at a state level.
